At Eddie Bauer, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days with proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
